Jamf Self Service

The first way is through the Jamf Self Service app that is installed on your Mac.

1. Open the Self Service app via Launchpad or Finder

2. Once you have the Self Service app open, on the left side scroll down to OS Updates and select what macOS Upgrade you need, and click the Upgrade button.

3. When the macOS upgrade starts, you will see a pop-up that indicates that the new macOS is downloading.

4. When the macOS upgrade finishes downloading it will prompt you to confirm that you wish to upgrade the system.
