Getting IT Support and Assistance
Generally the best method for Ivan Allen College faculty, staff, and students to get help is to send a message to email@example.com. The entire Ivan Allen College Information Technology (IAC IT) team will see your message, and it will also be tracked through our help request system. If your issue is presenting any kind of error message, please include the message and, if possible, send us a screenshot of the problem.
Whenever possible, you should direct problems and questions to the IAC IT support staff first. In some cases we may suggest that you file a request with the Office of Information Technology (OIT) through firstname.lastname@example.org or 404-385-5555, but we like to know your needs and help if possible, so please come to us with any IT questions.
For classroom technology emergencies, if your local IAC IT staff is unavailable, the OIT Audio Visual Services support team can also help. You can reach them at 404-385-5555
